How to remove tire marks off paint without damaging paint

A tire flew off a semi-truck one the highway and hit my car and I have liability insurance. Anyways I already tried a clay bar and it did work but it took a lot of elbow grease and took forever. So I’m trying to find easier methods that are safe for car paint.
