How long does it take to go from a Youngling to Jedi Knight?

Let's say someone is brought into the Jedi Order at like 3 years old, how long would it take for that Youngling to become a Padawan and then a Jedi Knight?

I've been thinking about it, is there any confirmed time frame on how long it takes to become a Jedi Knight?
