I beat base FF14 back in 2021 after I bought Shadowbringers; I barely remember the story. Should I restart with a new character if I return?

I beat the story with a Bard but I don't remember much. I want to continue with a support class, but I didn't care for the bard's rotation. Any healer class recommendations for a guy who's returning? Thanks!
