Missing Cursor in Discord?

https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/Desktop_Environment_Tweaks/?h=#application-permissions-to-use-themes this page on the docs says to grant permissions to the ~/.local/share/icons/:ro folder via flatseal, but that doesn't seem to work for discord, I'm using Bibata-Modern-Ice, installed via the system settings, if that makes any difference I double checked, and the folder is definitely there and contains the theme.
