Saturday, 2/7 has it been dripping all day?

I had a busy day so I after I got going this morning I hadn’t really opened vine. I just knocked out a couple of reviews and do I put vine back on the beauty tab do I could just refresh in the morning. Then I remembered I had a low interest item I wanted to search for do I did that. Then I reset back to beauty for tomorrow morning but there was a new item in there at about 5:50 pm ET. I still wasnt fast enough to grab it lol. But this made me wonder if Vine has been dripping all day today.
