Leasing Used Tesla

I am in the market to lease a used Model Y. I currently have “Good” credit, not excellent. How close to the estimated monthly total do you think I will be? I put in $0 down. I understand I will need to pay the delivery fees, but I don't wanna pay them, then Tesla comes back and says my payment will be $700 instead of the estimated $400. Just looking for some advice from others who may have dealt with this situation.
