Help me understand the undertones & shades of current items

I have 3 items that are of different shades and I can’t make sense of how to describe them to understand the difference in each of their undertones and shades.

1. Tarte Shape Tape contour concealer - 35N Medium

2. Tarte BB Blur Tinted Moisturizer - Medium

3. MAC Studio Radiance Sheer Foundation - C3

I don’t understand why the medium in the Tarte products are very different shades.

Tarte describes medium as “medium skin with a balance of warm and cool undertones”.

None of these match my winter skin tone.

Tarte BB Blur & MAC don’t even match my summer skin tone. The MAC kind of matches my face but is much darker than my neck.

My hand has left color than my face. My face isn’t completely pale/fair but I’m also not tan right now either.
