Life after a business degree

I graduated from uni 3 years ago; I have a bachelors in business administration and landed a job in higher ed shortly after pay is not great but isn’t terrible. I just feel so lost in life and I hate going to work even though it is a pretty easy and comfy job I don’t know what the next steps are. I have been thinking of starting a masters in a program that combines ai in business; but sometimes I think of going into nursing because I love helping people and it has good money. I just don’t know what I want :( (27 f btw)

Do you guys have experience in how to know what you’ll like and what you’ll regret?
