Recommendations for tattoo artists / shops that will do an ear tattoo?

I'm looking for just a thick line in the shape of a conch (hoop) piercing. It's my solution to wanting my conch pierced but knowing it will never heal right lol. The issue is a lot of tattoo artists don't do ears because they know, rightly, how shitty they heal. Does anyone know someone / someplace in the DMV that does them anyway? While I'm just looking for a line, I'd still like someone who's done ears before since they heal so differently. I found a girl out in Roanoke, Virginia through instagram, but she's only been working a year total, so no photos of healed work yet. Thanks!
