Ex Muslims who immigrated to Australia/US please help

I’m thinking of taking a scholarship abroad but I really want to know the experiences of those who moved to Australia and the US. Things aren’t looking too good for the US right now but these are my two available options. Can you please tell me how it’s going for you now as an ex Muslim and visibly “Muslim” (Arab, desi, etc)? I heard both are expensive as fuck but I’d appreciate some guidance because there’s only so much research I can do that’s still accurate today and for our very specific situations.
