[TOMT] Trying to find a drawing

So there was a drawing I saw, might be a scene from an animation too. Someone was holding a knife up, it was drawn from the side profile. The character Looked stressed. And there was a big woman smiling and looking at the character, it might’ve been a big woman or just a very big screen. Can you help me find it?
