Epstein Files and Reddit

NSFWSpoilerVenting, NO REASSURANCE please!

I want to scream cry. I wasn’t diagnosed until last year, and while it’s been incredibly difficult, I believed I was doing better.

I got let go from an Admin position at the end of September(2025) when I was placed in a conflict of interest situation and asked repeatedly over a year to not be placed in the setting due to a student threatening me with a gun the previous year (2024). The school did nothing to help me, and either did the union. I ended up quitting loosing my teaching license, and I asked this new position to not put me in the schools for obvious reasons. They let me go the next week.

It’s been really hard. I’ve been home, and I’ve been on social media nonstop and witnessed this country become …what it is. Violent, ignorant, hateful, and divisive. I’m so bitter. I’m so angry at “the system.” It’s like I can see everything for what it is.

I deleted TikTok, Facebook, Insta, but not Reddit. After the Epstein release, I’m losing it. I have SA trauma from childhood which my very conservative catholic family brushed under the rug. “God forgives everyone.” But I saw one photo while scrolling on Reddit of an 18 month year old. I tried to scroll away, the next video was ICE kicking a puppy, the next video was DOJ saying “We aren’t going to investigate further.”

I’m just alone. I have no one to talk to. When I do, everyone starts “worrying about me,” and they get so incredibly fucking sad. It’s like they can’t handle conversations. Fuck can I even handle these conversations? But no, because my DAMN RUMINATION, I get to sit in it and THINK ABOUT IT 24/7.

It’s just constantly on my mind 24/7. The world is fucked up, there is nothing I can do. I’m just watching it happen, and I can’t do anything. I just get traumatized in my brain about it. 24/7. It’s just nonstop fucking violence in my brain.

I’m really sorry this was so long. Thanks for listening.
