Does anyone use code blocks for things that aren’t code?

So I use Claude for creative writing, a lot of time I do very long stuff and for that I use artifacts. But sometimes I do very short things too.

I am having an issue where the copy button on browser is broken. My phone is fully up to date and everything but it doesn’t work. Works in app fine. Browser copy button works on my other devices but not my phone…

I need the raw ‘**’ stuff and all the format it does. When I copy on app, it doesn’t copy that at all. Browser used to. It’s very annoying to be doing it manually every single time.

Artifact works but because I need very short stuff, I’d be using so so many in a chat it wouldn’t work.

The one thing I have learned works is using code blocks works. However, I am a little paranoid about putting my creative writing in one.

I just worry about it and I don’t want Claude to get confused why random writing is in code blocks. Especially when my topics can sometimes be dark (nothing against anything just like tricky subjects like mental health struggles or fighting etc). I don’t want that to cause any issue.

I’m not sure if code blocks really are just a formatting thing and it isn’t something that matters and I can put my creative writing in them, or if this risks confusing Claude or having issues in general with it because of my writing.

Has anyone ever done this? Using code blocks for none code?

Also, is anyone else having issues with the copy button on IOS browsers. I’ve tried all of them and so many different methods but I can’t find a solution and I haven’t heard back from support about it
