New Game + worth? and recommended settings

I played this game few years ago, but decided to buy it on ps5 and im in love again.

Started normal playthrough I am at 25% of michigan but the game feels too easy, I dont need to care about resources since they are free, so i was thinking of starting NG+ with settings that will make me play more careful, but also not like really tuff economy bc i think money in this game isnt unlimited.

Or maybe I should try hard but im scared of getting locked after many hours of gameplay, since i heard i cant even sell trailers here.

Can someone recommend nice settings for NG+?
