Does my new PC suck or is it the internet?

Open | Hardware

Hello I just recently bought a gaming PC prebuilt from BestBuy. This is the following hardware included in the title (as I don’t know a ton about PC)

-AMD Ryzen 7 9700X

-AMD Radeon RX 9060XT 8GB

-32GB DDR5

-1TB NVMe SSD

Having trouble posting links so the PC is called iBUYPOWER Slate Gaming PC on BestBuy.

I am having trouble playing HellDivers2 and I’m now trying to download Warzone and it’s taking close to an hour.

I have T-Mobile 5G internet, the lowest plan listed is Rely Home Internet and that is what I have. It says typical download speed is 87-318 Mbps, typical upload speed is 14-56 Mbps and typical latency is 18-36 ms.

I’ve been running tests and the most recent one I did says download is 66 Mbps, upload is 3.3 Mbps, and ping is 24ms.

I know nothing about WiFi either. Having the cheap plan I’m thinking this is my problem but can anyone confirm? I was playing HellDivers solo, but through Steam so not sure if internet connection would have mattered or not idk.

Please help me. I am ignorant and I need to learn.
