hydronephrosis. HELP!

this is truly the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. apparently I have mild hydronephrosis or it’s muscular/round ligament pain. I was in the ER all day yesterday throwing up from the unbearable right side back pain radiating down my hip and into the front right side of my lower stomach. I have been home all day taking tylenol every 6 hours which i’m already not happy about needing to take but the pain is unbearable. I have to keep taking it or I just keep throwing up and writhing in pain. I have been pounding the water trying to flush out my kidneys and have been resting and using heat and ice but I truly don’t know how to make this better or if I really just have to ride it out. please any advice would help me
