ETHICS help

I literally haven’t done kept up with the ethics requirements and only just started doing them now but need more support on what exactly I need to do?

I’ve completed the 6 modules and wrote up about this giving an example for each of them.

What else am I supposed to do because it says 12 in total but I can’t find the other 6 modules?

Can someone please give a full breakdown of everything I need to do and what sign off is required
