ip 14 bys?

Is there anyway I could bysss this ip 14? I believe its not on os26 since I can't see the liquid glass but if i'm wrong let me know. IMEI says fmi is on but ic is "clean". I can't restore the phone either as it doesn't show up on my finder app.

Any help would be appreciated!
