I Feel Like My Pc Is Underperforming

Not Really a pc builder, but rather I have a Laptop. i Have an i5-12450H and an nvidia 3060ti with 16gb ram.I am not a pc expert, but I am a vivid gamer.I Usually play cs2 with my friends.I feel like i should not be averaging 70-110 fps with my Laptop.I’ve tried all methods to try and fix it but my fps stay the same.Any Help?
