[CLAIM] Spanish State

The Spanish State is an authoritarian, right-wing dictatorship which is still recovering from its civil war over 20 years later. It did not get any of the American aid of the Marshall plan, and, despite its recent opening-up, it's a fairly isolated state in southern Europe.

goals:

My primary goal is to roleplay as a Spain which is more reform-inclined than the OTL one. While I don't plan for it to become a democracy, I want to explore how the reformists (mostly Fraga) would have been able to rule if they had managed to get the favour of the elder Caudillo (and hopefully, not get blown by the MATESA scandal like otl.

I plan to stay non-aligned, as OTL Spain, and economically continue its liberalization by focusing on the booming tourism sector.
