Homeless camps/chop shops

Friends bike was stolen last night between 12am and 10am in the middle of u district, the batteries were pretty low so we figure they couldn’t have gone to far given how difficult it is to pedal without pedal assist.

Can anyone tell us the larger camps and or known chop shops within that area we can check ?
