Should I {resident (M)} ask cute RN (F) out?

Question

I've been doing ICU night float last few weeks and I have worked with these wonderful ICU nurses that have a lot of knowledge and experiences and are supportive.

And I think I built some good relationships with them which I am happy about! l would give some snacks to everyone and etc every night

And there is this one nurse who found some subtle skin changes and etc, I was impressed and I said so, I thanked her and she thanked me, later I would sometimes help her clean patients, and ask her how to do suction, and she would teach me at bedside.

I was just impressed about her competency and in general have a crush on her. We briefly chatted about many patients and had some smile but did not really talk about personal stuff much. Maybe once or twice about some movie, and she once asked me if I have any plan for my day off, but that's about it.

Honestly I don't think she has any interest, or maybe she only talks about work with coworkers. Again I also did not really talk or initiate any further conversation for the same reason. But I'm soon done with night float and will be back at least in a year. So before I go I wanted to ask if she would like to have some coffee sometime and if yes give her number, and if she says no just tell her it was nice working with her.

Do you think this is appropriate? or you would find it weird..? Thank you!!
