Jake Lang Goons Macing Minnesotans - WTF!?

I have a question- hoping there is a crim law attorney on this sub.

HOW The heck can Jake Lang and his goons pepper/bear spray peaceful protestors and they ARENT GETTING ARRESTED for assault/battery. How is that even possible!???

Aside from corruption is there an issue because the goons were wearing masks?

Why is our own Minnesotan law enforcement not protecting its citizenry!???
