Shipping Issues

I have an order from Provence on the way through DHL but it is currently sitting at the customs port in Miami for additional questioning. They want me to submit the invoices I’ve received from my rep and payments as well as the manufacturer information. My main concern is that the declared value is not enough to pass their suspicions (which to be fair this is almost a $3k order). So with that, I guess my question is if anyone has also had this happen did you submit all your documents and pay a huge tariff bill? Or have it sent back and use a different shipping carrier like FedEx (I’ve heard better experiences through my search so far)?
