Could I just pay rent with the card?

Not sure if this may have already been answered but could I just pay my landlord through the portal using the CC? I understand I would have to take the 3% transaction fee but then I could get 2-3X bilt points for the rent (3x with the accelerator). Or is that hidden in the terms somewhere that you can’t do that?
