Protecting families from ICE as a youth soccer coach

Hi everyone, I’m a volunteer coach for a local youth soccer org with a lot of Hispanic players. We start the spring season soon and I want to get some ideas from people on what I should be aware of and what I can do to help keep these kids and their families safe.

I was planning at the parents’ meeting to make them aware that I know it’s a scary time for a lot of families right now and to come to me if they have concerns about themselves or their players attending practices or games but that’s really as far as I’ve gotten. Is this even something worth bringing up? What do Hispanic families in LBC need from their neighbors right now?
