First world complaint: I finally reached the pinnacle of being a frequent flyer on Delta by reaching Diamond Medallion for the first time and the gate agents are no longer boarding Diamond members early.
I asked why and was told this was a new policy but gate agent didn’t know why. Anyone have any insight into this new policy? The gate agent let me board early anyway.
