My husband has a time limit for my sickness

This will be a long story short but I have a very poor immune system, I get sick often, and I am the usual caretaker of the house. Whenever I get sick (which is often) I expect (because I cannot) that my husband will cook for us, and at least manage the house. We have been married for years, and yet this is something that really stresses me out.

I got a terrible flu this week, in the first day he was an angel, super caring and lovely as he usually is in the first day, but sickness doesn't usually last only one day. And then second day the house was already a mess, he didn't cook for me but bought snacks, I ended up making a snack plate for myself. And then fast foward to today, making dinner for myself, the house is in a terrible messy situation, and the dishes he "washed" are literally dirty so I'll have to rewash. He literally starts to pressure me to get better as soon as I am sick.

I know he works a lot and has a lot of responsibilities but so does other men that are single and live alone. In these times I miss my family back home.
