Helping with crashing game

Hey, im new to the game, and as a long NFS player I love how it looks and the promise. However so far when I try to play Im able to drive for a little time, max finish a race, and the game crashes. I already turned the graphics section all the way down and I play it on an ipad. Does anybody have any suggestion that can help me prevent it from crashing, so I can fully enjoy it? Thank you in advance.
