How can I get my account back?

I used to be really into this game but I haven’t played since the July 4th event, I’ve seen so many updates and wanted to start playing again but when I opened the app it’s making me do a tutorial and none of my monsters are saved. I had a really strong account that I invested days into and I really want it back. Is it possible? Any help is appreciated. Thank you 🙏
