roborRio heartbeat lock error

Hello! Our FRC team is having a problem with the CAN bus. When we connect it, the following error appears:

- Roborio Heartbeat Lock FRC

Do you know how to fix it? We've already replaced the cables, the sparks, the Roborio (both the new and old versions), and the power distribution, but the error persists.
