Ditching Elementor for Blocks, how to deal with previous posts?

Learning blocks (btw, thanks for the earlier help) and have a new post ready. But I originally set up my posts page in Elementor... how do I move the previous posts out of Elementor into Block Editing? Nothing but the post title shows up and WP warns me that I might break my page if I edit outside Elementor.
