Can't start the program on Windows 25H2.

In Task Manager I see the program running, and no matter how many times I reinstall it, the Mullvad just won't open when I click on it. Only new processes start and that's it. Even the Mullvad icon in the tray is there but it is invisible and takes space, and if I hover over it, it says "Disconnected", but I neither see the tray icon, nor when I click on the Mullvad icon on my Desktop, it opens. I don't have any other VPN services installed. I am running Windows 25H2.
