Help with Game Progess Reset

I’ve been playing a game called Click Simulator and I have done quite well in it I got up to like 60-40th on the leaderboards and the game said I was ranked 50th overall. I spent up to 1.8-1.9k Robux. I log on now and all my progress has been reset back to the very start.

What can I do I spent way to much time on this game last few days. Please HELP
