Newbie here; can I control my bulbs over bluetooth, from my Android phone, no hub/wifi?

Got some Hue bulbs for free from a work thing a few years ago and now finally have a nice setup to use them. They're currently working just fine as regular light bulbs, but I have some questions about controlling them.

I don't have any other smarthome products and would like to avoid them. I also don't want some data collecting app just to control some lights.

Is there a free third party Android app I can use to control the lights over bluetooth? I just want to be able to change the colors/brightness when I feel like it, not set up a schedule, create themes, set rules etc.

E26/A19 bulbs if that matters. Bluetooth and zigbee certified are on the box, tho idk what zigbee means lol.
