Feels like fluid in my inner ear ...

Hi. I have a fluid sensation in my right inner ear. It feels and sounds like when you go swimming and water gets stuck in your ear. I don’t have ear wax. I don’t have a nasal infection. The sensation is behind my eardrum. I'm on 2 x day lovonox injections. So I did an AI enquiry. It said that while the incidence is very low, it could indicate an internal head bleed on that side of my head. The AI suggested I go to the ER. For me that is an overreaction. After all it just feels like fluid inside my inner ear. Should I just go to an Urgent Care and have them order a CT or MRI for Monday, 48 hours away. Or present at an ER. When it comes to making medical decisions for myself. I find it difficult to be objective. Thoughts 🙏 please.
