Am I overreacting for still resenting my partner for how he treated me?

Am I overreacting? We recently moved into a house that needed a lot of work. The bathtub in the main bath upstairs does not run hot water. During my pregnancy, I asked if we could make it a priority so that after the baby was born, I could soak to promote healing. He shrugged it off. I offered to call a plumber many times and he told me not to.

After our baby was born, I mentioned that my doctor told me to soak in warm water daily and I’d love it if we could fix the water. He half ass attempted to fill the tub using the kettle once, but it wasn’t nearly warm enough. I got upset (postpartaum hormones) and told him I’d bath in the basement. He watched me scrub the tub 5 days PP. Didn’t offer to help or anything. He’s good with our infant, but doesn’t seem to care about me and I feel heartbroken. Am I over reacting due to hormones or is this as unacceptable as I think it is?
