My cat is sneezing a lot.

I have very high anxiety with my pets especially and didn't want to take her to the vet if I am just worrying too much. Yesterday, my cat started sneezing a lot? She is maybe 2 years old. Not often, but she has sneezing fits she never had before. She is active and playful otherwise, eats her food like normal and drinking water. I thought about putting her in the bathroom with my while I shower to maybe clear her sinuses and seeing if that helps but I'm wondering if this is something I do need to see a vet for and if my worries are valid, as my partner insists that she is fine.

There's no snot and no crusting in her eyes.

I live in Texas, and the temperature went from very cold to very hot. Would that contribute to this also?
