Necrosis or Red Bruise

This one's confusing. I put Omenasito into quarantine and when I went to check him the next day I wasn't sure if this was necrosis or red bruise because there's a lot of red, but also a lot of black. I sent him to liquidation and I got the notification he was a civilian. This one confused me.
