2v1 in solo runs

i was casually playing solo, and it happened that i met a lot of players teaming together. It was all normal besides the fact they weren't using the ig voice chat. Am I getting some duo lobbies or just players sniping eachother to play together to kill other players? it's the first time it happened to me and i got killed by 2 players teaming 3-4 times in a row, dunno what is happening...
