Seeker 35 PNP for use with DJI gear and RC3 controller. SBUS and everything greyed out in Betaflight even after multiple firmware flashes. Any help?

I recently bought a DeepSpace Seeker 35 PNP + GPS to work with my Goggles 3 and RC 3. However, I quickly learned that I am completely unable to change the Receiver Protocol, (even after Flashing with specifically SBUS set. I can get the drone to bind, I can view what the drone's camera picks up through my headset, and I can see all of my OSD data on-screen, but even with the Controller set to Standard or SBUS Fast in the goggles, I get nothing at all when it's time to pick the Receiver Protocol. Everything is completely greyed out except CRSF or NONE. I'm afraid someone may have messed up on this drone and I'll have to open it up and take a look. Something isn't right. I ended up forcing SBUS on through CLI coding. I took a screenshot of it, but all of the bars are empty and it states my configuration won't work, so that's probably not going to do it either. I've probably flashed this FC like 10x today already. Any other suggestions?
