Any hope of further optimization for non-x3d cpus and DDR4 users?

I have i7 1300f and 3200mhz xmp enabled DDR4 32gb ram and rtx 5070, 180hz monitor. At 1080p, I'm heavily cpu bound. Bf2042 was running smooth af but this game's performance still feels inconsistent at higher frames for me. Like, big fps drops in some areas which leads to stuttering. I'm just hoping at least in 6 months or a year, they'd optimize it further but I'm still skeptical about it because they haven't said anything like if they're working on it or not. Every patch notes I look for something like perfmance improvements but there is nothing.
