Durable and lightweight pants for canyon guiding

I am a canyoneering guide and my clothes are exposed to such intense abrasion that even some of the most recommended pants on the market last only a month or two before being completely unusable, usually due to holes in the butt. I have tried OR, Prana, La sportiva, Kuhl, and many other brands in different models, to various levels of disappointment. have any folks with similar experiences had success with specific models? I am also an athletically built woman with wider hips so fit has also historically been a struggle point.
