[Game Boy Advance SP][Unknown] 2D Action type of platformer game

I have a faint memory of a game I played when I was a toddler on the Game Boy Advance SP.

Its a 2D platformer game with climbing mechanichs and the character was like a full black soldier/criminal with a balaclava. And thats all I can remember. Any ideas?
