Should I watch this at 14 Y.O.?

I'm rather interested in this and wont have an issue with some scary themes (I watch backrooms videos so creepy stuff isn't a problem) but Does it make sense to watch this 14 years old or will I not get the point of the story as if its like that id rather just not watch it at all to avoid misunderstandings and that empty feel
