I miss A Dream Within a Dream!

A few weeks ago I wrote a lengthy post complaining about this drama, but now it just might be a new favourite!

I’ve only seen LBFAD and Love Game in Eastern Fantasy.

I’ve dropped: Story of a Kunning Palace (wasn’t interesting enough), Speed and Love (a train wreck), My Journey to you (boooring) and Love You Seven Times (the reincarnation stuff is draggy).

Am watching but am thinking of dropping: When Destiny Meets the Demon (fantasy world is too complex, the ML is boring and not interesting and feels too tropey)

When I think about the dramas I completed watching and loved, they were funny with a compelling plot and romance with decent endings. The dramas I watched simply weren’t funny enough!

The body-switch scenes in LBFAD were hilarious. LGIEF was also funny. And A Dream within a Dream was also really funny to watch. But above all, the balance between humour and serious drama was great. I also absolutely loved the couples!

Please recommend more dramas which balance humour and drama, with romance and a good ending!

And also let me know if I have a problem (I think I am a serial drama dropper or something)
