Location issues on Light Speed

Is it normal for my IP address with Light Speed to be located in a city nearly 1000 miles away? This leads to apps/web pages using the wrong location for example in search results and ads. If that’s actually where my traffic is being routed through I assume my round trip latency is also a lot higher than it should be.

I have Dark Star too with multi-network and the location of that IP is always nearby.

I’m using whatismyipaddress.com to see IP locations and the same applies whether I’m looking at the IPv4 or IPv6 addresses.
