Beach gear?

Hi! FTM to a 4 month old here. We have my brothers (beach) wedding about 10 hours away in June of this year (baby will be 8 months pushing 9 by then) and I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for traveling so far with him? Also super need some recommendations for products that are good for babies at the beach! Toys, covered playpens, etc. thanks!
