I-765 EAD processing timelines

I filed my I-765 along with my I-485 (AOS). USCIS received my case on Dec 8, and they recently resumed reviewing my file after my RFE response. I’m the spouse of an LPR, and my priority date isn’t current yet, but I’m eligible for an EAD while AOS is pending.

My biometrices are done, RFE review is also completed, sent, and recieved. Although I have EAD from my current OPT status, but my manager told me if you get your C9 EAD, that will be much effected on your current job role.
