God, or something, spoke to me and it hurt my ears?

I have been meditating and trying to astral project or have *any* kind of psychadelic/transcendant experience for over 6 years at this point. I meditate almost every day and I listen to Hemi-Sync every night before sleep. I've had some dream-like experiences but nothing that I can definitively say felt like anything substantial.

I have had a really stressful week and the other night I went to reiki, something I've tried in the past a few times, I found it calming--but again, nothing weird happened.

This morning I was in bed and I slept in a lot longer than I intended. I felt very groggy and my dogs were restless and clearly wanted me to wake up but I stayed in bed a bit longer in that half-asleep state. I was staring into the blackness and letting my brain do it's thing and I was seeing faint, vague shapes in the dark as I was going in and out of sleep.

Then I saw a bright flash in the middle of the blackness, almost like a bright white cube, but more like a mixed up rubix cube, not a compeltely fixed shape. It was so vivid it startled me, but what startled me even more was a LOUD voice, it was masculine, and it came from all around me and it just said "HI." it was so loud that it hurt my ears and it instantly caused me to open my eyes and my ears were still hurting.

Like I said, I've been messing around with stuff for a while and have never had anything like this happen, and this morning I wasn't even trying. Has anyone experienced something like this? And how do I get it to come back? And do I want it to?
